2018 Aggie Gift Guide

December 4, 2018 by New Student and Family Programs

The holidays are just around the corner, and the spirit of giving is in the air. Not sure what to get for your Aggie student this year? Cheer up! We’ve put together a list of 10 gifts your Aggie would love.

1. Texas A&M pop socket and mount

Help your student get a grip…on their phone. This neat accessory will help keep your Aggie from dropping their phone, all while displaying their school pride. The mount is great for when they need to be hands free.

2. Maroon tumbler

College students need their coffee on the go, and this maroon, double-walled steel tumbler will keep their java hot (or cold if they prefer) for hours.

3. Gameday jewelry

The wide variety of stones and colors has made Kendra Scott jewelry popular among college students as a fashionable way to support their school. The wide variety of options in maroon and white make this jewelry line a home run for the holidays!

4. Domino set

If you’ve heard your Aggie talk about playing 42 with their friends (probably at the Dixie Chicken), then they’ll love this set in maroon.

5. Aggie Ring Dishes

Your student will never want to take off their Aggie Ring once they receive it, but if they need to, these Texas A&M-themed porcelain dishes will give them the perfect place to put it.

6. Dog leash

With a beautiful collie as the Texas A&M mascot, it’s no surprise that many Aggie students are dog lovers. If your student has a pup of their own, this maroon dog leash is a great gift for those long walks around campus.

7. Portable charger

Your student has access to tons of resources at their fingertips through the Texas A&M app, including their Howdy Portal, bus routes, directory information, IT support, campus maps and more. Don’t let your Aggie get stuck with a dead battery and no way to charge it.

8. Bluetooth speaker

Listening to music can help your student reduce stress and focus while studying. Give them the power of music anywhere they go with this portable, splash proof speaker. It connects wirelessly to your student’s phone and comes in several fun colors.

9. Texas A&M umbrella

This maroon and white 42″ umbrella will help keep your Aggie dry on their way to class on rainy days. Plus, it’s compact enough to easily fit in a backpack and opens automatically!

10. Embroidered Texas A&M pillow

Looking for unique Aggie decor to dress up your student’s dorm or apartment? This playfully embroidered pillow features a collage of Texas A&M landmarks and common Aggie sayings and is perfect for midday naps between classes.

Happy giving!
